The location was outstanding, right next to the

East Side Gallery and the main train station. The room was comfortable but slightly cramped for four people. I enjoyed the self check-in process and the nice vibe of the lobby, which really made it feel welcoming.

The hotel has a generous breakfast buffet each morning.

Unfortunately, our room felt quite cramped for a family of four, which dampened our overall experience. We also faced issues with room cleanliness upon arrival, as it wasn't ready and had not been attended to by housekeeping. The unsettling feeling of insecurity around the area was a drawback. it was uncomfortable seeing people sleeping rough outside, making it hard to relax during our stay.
